Catalyst EQ was founded to support and empower first-generation professional women of color as they navigate workplaces where they may feel unseen, unheard, or undervalued.
Founded by Dr. Ayodele Adegbola, clinician turned administrator, Catalyst EQ was born from personal experience. After navigating the challenges of balancing cultural expectations with professional ambitions, Ayodele recognized a gap in traditional coaching services. Many women possess the skills and qualifications to succeed but lack support that address the cultural and emotional barriers holding them back.
Today, Catalyst EQ provides a transformational coaching experience that combines emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and strategic career development.
